Change is not something to be frightened of as we Change each generation ourselves, To realign our core values and learn what's important in life taking away materialistic items and the hamster wheel approach of each and everyone of us. Life coaching is truly life changing for us all at every point of our lives....I wish it had been around in my teens and my twenty's when I was plagued with self doubt and confidence issues.
WELLNESS COACHING
Good health is not something you can buy and I do find with Wellnesscoaching 'the issue is never the issue'. Clients that struggle with wellness have blockages both physically and emotionally in other areas and each person needs to be reminded that they carry their own Doctor inside of them, we just need to bring it out - with alternative therapy, self hypnosis and working with their powerful mind we will teach you how to bring out the best in you.
The scales are abandoned as are yo-yo diets too as we all know the long-term outcome. We work with your mindset, consistency, your self esteem and confidence.....We go for everything in these sessions and you learn many self help techniques to carry you on with this journey in life to improve your health.
